This method takes time!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So what can you do to accelerate the process, to get the ball rolling faster and to catapult your results from day one? The answer is to cleanse. Cleanse you body from all those nasty high fat and high sugar foods and toxins that they’ve left behind. Having said that there are also some very specific parameters that must be followed in order to make this number one rule effective and productive long term because so many people think they know this rule and try to apply it and fail to see the results they desire.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This rule is not glamorous or sexy, nor is it complex or overly sophisticated which is unfortunately why so many fail to commit to it long term. Many people believe that if something is overly simplistic and easy then it cannot work, it cannot produce results. And this limiting belief is quite often what keeps people from their goals and their dreams because the truth is that quite often the system and strategies for success are quite simple, they difficult bit is taking consistent action and applying them long term.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;With that said let’s get right in to it. The calorie balance is simply this, in order to lose weight and reduce body fat you must create and consistent calorie deficit, meaning you must take in and consume less calories than you burn or use. Or said another way you must burn off and use more calories than your consume and take in.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Simple right? Well yes it is but there is so much more to it than that. To some this up you could simply say just eat less and do more but this is misconceived and achieved in a very ineffective way by most people who employ a poor strategy and simply don’t eat. They go for hours and hours without eating, basically starving themselves, and while this will of course create a calorie deficit it also causes many things to happen within the body which does not support effective long term weight and fat loss.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Lowered metabolic rate, drops and spikes in blood sugar, hormonal imbalances and food cravings are just some of the negative consequences of using this poor strategy for weight and fat loss and is why traditional conventional diets do not work. These things will eventually contribute to a greater amount of weight and fat gain, the very opposite to what you want to achieve. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That is why it is essential that you employ and utilise the proper strategy for maximum weight and fat loss using the golden rule of the calorie balance. You must first and for most tip the scales in your favour by consuming less and burning more, however this should not be achieved simply by starving the body.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;By applying the following techniques you can and will manage your calorie intake and eat less while burning more and set your body up to lose more weight and burn more fat. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. You should divide your normal calorie intake, or food intake, into 5-6 evenly sized meals that you then consume at regular intervals throughout the day, between every 2-3 hours. I cannot emphasize and recommend this technique enough for maximum weight and fat loss!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. Chew Your Food &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The majority of us are in such a rush that we fail to chew our food properly which results in us over eating and consuming too much food and too many calories at each sitting for our bodies to deal with or burn off. It’s more than we need and so the excess is stored as fat. Overeating is common when individuals try to go for hours without eating and blood sugar levels begin to drop. Portion control is an essential step in the weight and fat loss battle. It can take up to 20 minutes for the hormone leptin to reach our brains and tell us we are full. Chewing your food properly and taking your time to eat more slowly allows for proper digestions and for us to recognise more easily when we have eaten enough.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. Drink ad equates amounts of water  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I would have to say this is something that so few people do. Even with my constant recommendations and effort to try to hold people to a higher standard I would estimate that 80% of my private clients still fail to consume an adequate supply of water throughout the day. Our bodies are around 80% water and we every single cell in our body requires water to function properly. Chronic dehydration is a major contributor to many illness and disease but also causes people to over eat as many misinterpreted thirst for hunger simply because they are so out of tune with their bodies. If you are dehydrated then you will not be able to function or perform at any where near your optimal level and will there fore never get close to your ability to lose weight and burn fat effectively. Your results will be greatly limited. Next time you find your self craving some kind of food that you know does not support you in your weight and fat loss goals, try drinking a glass of water first and then see how you feel. Well in this article I am going to not only show you how this is so very true but also share with you how it impacts and effects your weight loss and fat loss goals.&lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;A belief often becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. This is because if you believe you can’t do something then it will affect your attitude, your moods, your emotional and physiological states which all ultimately will affect your actions which, as the basic law of cause and effect says, will affect and determine the results you get. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you have a desire to lose weight, lose body fat and change your physical body but you have a limiting belief about what is truly possible for you… such as, it’s my genetics to be fat, I’m too old to lose weight now, I’ve tried before and it didn’t work, then these beliefs will determine your results and set you up for failure from the start.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Why? Because if you belief that you are genetically fat, that you cannot lose weight because you are above a certain age or that because you tired and failed in the past you simply cannot do it then what level of action will you take to achieve your goals? Not very much at all, because why try so hard and put in so much effort when you know it wont really work for you. With these or any other limiting beliefs you will lack the commitment, the drive, the perseverance and the consistent action that is necessary to make your goals become a reality for you.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is true of anything. Anyone who ever achieved anything and was able to achieve success and produce a result time and time again wasn’t lucky, they had a plan and they took action to implement that plan but before all of that, what underlines everything, was the belief that what they were trying to achieve was possible for them. Empowering beliefs about yourself, about what is possible and about your dreams, desires and goals are the starting point for attainment and achievement in anything, including healthy sustainable weight and fat loss.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Let’s take a look at some more empowering beliefs and how they impact us at an unconscious level and affect how ability to achieve our hearts desires. Roger Banister break the 4 minute mile in 1954. This is something man had been trying to do since the time of the Romans. Scientists said it just couldn’t be done and that the human body wasn’t built to run a mile in under 4 minutes, they believed it wasn’t possible and they even had scientific evidence to back up their limiting belief.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then along come Roger Banister who trained for many years in an attempt to break the 4 minute mile. The difference between Roger Banister and everyone else was not his natural genetic ability, not his superhuman capabilities but his belief about what was possible. He believed so deeply that it was possible that he refused to give up. This one belief about what was possible drove him to continue to pursue in his endeavour when others would’ve given up and advised him to dot he same. When the time came to break the world record and run a mile in under 4 minutes, it truly was a self fulfilling prophecy because he had already achieved it time and time again in his minds eye.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The truly amazing thing was not just the fact that he had achieved some an incredible feet but even more so that the very next year over 20 other people around the world achieved the same thing breaking the 4 minute mile when no one else in history had been able to do it. What made the difference? The fact that one person, Roger Bannister, had done it proved to other people and to the world what was possible and this then become a reference point for others to adopt the same and new belief about what was possible. Without going into the details I just wanted to share with you a brief insight about life's challenges that I learnt several years ago and that is extremely relative to my current life situation. I hope that you can use it to serve you in the future when life seems to get too heavy...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The insight that I learnt and that I wanted to share with you today is that a life without problems is like a gym without any weights. Just as lifting a heavy weight in the gym can be a challenge so do I prefer to refer to problems as challenges, they always seem more approachable as a challenge and the simple change in description suggests that whatever it is, you can overcome it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Imagine if you went to the gym and tried to workout but there were no weights. If there is no resistance then there is nothing to stimulate your body and your muscles and therefore nothing changes and nothing grows. Life's problems or challenges are the resistance we need to adapt and to grow as people. Whether it be emotionally, psychologically, intellectually, physically or spiritually (or all of these) a problem or a challenge in life is a sign that we must grow and expand who we are. Just as when weight is difficult to lift in the gym we must adapt and become stronger in order to life that weight.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And just like in the gym with that weight, once you do grow and become stronger as a person you can then take on bigger, larger and more complex challenges and anything that comes along that is equal to something you have already overcome you find you can handle with relative ease, due to your past experience and your past workouts in life.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Problems add the resistance we need to grow and life is the place where we sculpt and build our souls. So the next time something challenging comes your way, remember this insight and meet it head on with a new found perspective. I have included these questions along with their answers from myself because these are the questions that I am most commonly asked in all walks of life as a professional trainer and fat loss expert. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Whether at a party, out shopping, in gym or at an event as soon as people discover what I do these are just some of the questions I am frequently asked regarding fat loss and weight loss and I’m sure they will always be the questions on the lips of many in search of the truth about weight loss and fat loss. While I always try to keep things as simple as possible for the people I offer my answers to they are based on raw truth and honesty, fact not fiction, science and results not just theory.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. What is Fat?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Body fat, or adipose tissue as it is scientifically known, is nothing more than stored energy. A certain amount is essential to health and proper bodily functioning and it serves a definite purpose. Health problems can arise when body fat falls too low, especially in females. However excessive amounts of body fat is not good for health nor desirable or attractive to most. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food contains energy, which we measure in the form of calories, and when we consume more energy or calories than our body requires or needs the excess must be stored somewhere for later use. The result is increased levels of body fat, or stored energy. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;2. What Foods Are Fattening?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;All foods are fattening and no foods are fattening. The term fattening is often overused and misunderstood because regardless of whether a food contains protein, carbohydrate or fat it is the total amount of calories consumed that determines whether it will become stored energy in the form of body fat. Only when an excessive amount of energy, or calories, is consumed regardless of the nutrients it contains, will body fat be stored and increased.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;With that said there are certain nutrients that encourage more fat storage and an increased amount of energy to be metabolised and turned into adipose tissue due to the affect it has on the body’s hormonal balance. For example foods containing simple sugar spike blood sugar levels which encourage and stimulate the production of insulin which works to stabilise blood sugar levels by driving energy into the cells of the body as quickly as possible. At this point if these sugars are not used or burnt immediately by the cells of the body then the excess will become stored body fat. This is why sugar is in fact more fattening than fat, depending on the total amount of calories consumed.  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;3. What the Best Exercise for Burning the Most Fat?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This question can be answered two ways. Firstly lower intensity exercise such as walking does use more fat as fuel while lower intensity exercise such as sprinting or lifting weights uses more sugar as fuel. So on paper longer periods of lower intensity exercise is the best for fat loss. However!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is just not the case and is only true in theory. Lower intensity exercise can very well be effective for fat loss but it is by no means the most effective. The reason being when lower intensity exercise is performed there is such a small amount of calorie expenditure being demanded from the body that a person would have to spend hours performing the activity while combining it with a very committed extremely calorie controlled strict and balanced diet for it to be effective and to see visible results.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you perform a shorter burst of higher intensity exercise while the body will use primarily sugar as fuel the demand for calorie burning will be greater and so after not very long the body will have used its sugar reserves and convert to fat for energy, but that isn’t even where the power lies. The true power of higher intensity exercise lies in the EPOC. This means Excessive Post Exercise Oxygen Consumption. Not only will the person burn more overall calories while performing the activity but they will raise their metabolism much higher and for a much longer extended period of time, so that once the heart rate as dropped back down and the body goes back to burning fat as fuel, as it does at lower intensity activity, the persons body will continue to be burning a far greater amount of calories for hours and hours, due to their elevated metabolism and raised EPOC. Considering this we can see that interval training and sprints would be more effective than walking or jogging.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And yet that still wouldn’t be the absolute best way to burn body fat. The absolute best way to burn body fat (combined with a well balanced diet) would be to lift weight and to build muscle. This comes to a shock to most people but I can assure you it is true. The reason for this is that muscle tissue is the most metabolically active tissue in the body, meaning it burns more calories than any other tissue. Muscles require additional calories simply to maintain. Muscle tissue contributes to your resting metabolic rate which is the number of calories you burn while at rest. So the more muscle tissue you have the more calories and energy your body will need even when you are resting and not exercising. This is where the true power lies. By building muscle you can burn additional calories and fat 24 hours a day and not just while you work out! &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;4. Why Can’t I Lose Fat?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This always a simple answer and always comes down to one of three reasons. Firstly you could be using an ineffective exercise strategy such as mentioned above. Secondly your are disobeying the fundamental laws and eating too many calories or eating too many of the wrong food such as high sugar and high GI foods. Or finally you are not being consistent!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You will only lose fat if you have the self discipline to be consistent. Failure or success is not an overnight experience in anything but a result of the consistent actions you have taken or failed to take. Working out once or twice doesn’t produce results, nor does eating a well balanced meal once or twice make you healthy and change you body shape. At the same time missing one or two workouts and eating the wrong foods once or twice will not make you out of shape and over weight/fat. The condition of your physical body both inside and out is the direct result of your consistent habits!  &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;5. How Many Calories Are There in a Gram of Fat?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One gram of fat contains 9 calories. Both protein and carbohydrate contain just 4 calories per gram. This is why fat is considered fattening and can contribute to a greater amount of body fat storage but again is a result of the total calorie content of the nutrient, the food and the amount consumed rather than the fat itself.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;As mentioned above the characteristics and the impact of simple sugars on the body encourage fat storage more than fat itself. Then I will tell you exactly what you can do about it to become one of the minority who actually design, sculpt, build and create the body of their dreams and a physic that demands attention.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;One of the primary goals of virtually every person I train, every person in the gym and every one I meet (with a few exceptions) is to either lose weight or lose fat from their body. Some people may have specific goals of getting lean ripped abs or building muscle also but virtually all of us have the goal of reducing or eliminating body fat from our bodies.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So what do the majority of people do when they make the decision to lose some weight and try to shed some fat. Usually it’s three main things… Cardio cardio cardio because they won’t to lose fat, tonnes of sit ups crunches and abdominal/stomach  work because that is the main area they want to tone up and lose fat from and then go on some kind of diet usually involves starving themselves and not eating very much.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;WRONG! WRONG! WRONG!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;These poor misguided souls have good intentions and they quite often expend a lot of time and energy in taking action in the pursuit of their goals, which is why it breaks my heart when I see people making these all too common mistakes. Let me explain where this large group of the population are going wrong.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Firstly while cardio is beneficial for burning fat, burning additional calories and losing weight, however to get the best results in actually burning body fat it must be done in a very specific way and unfortunately most people just jump on a treadmill, a bike, a rower and off they go with very little thought as to what they are doing and how they are doing it. The more they sweat the better is a common belief. But the strategy is all wrong and in order to get the best results for fat loss when doing cardio you must have the right strategy for success. Also a very important point which I shall talk about more shortly is that cardio is in actual fact NOT the best form of exercise to burn and shed unwanted fat!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then all those sit ups, crunches and abdominal work is just so ineffective. Firstly because most people have such poor technique when performing these exercises and just focus on doing as many repetitions as possible without the guidance of an experienced coach or trainer. Listen when it come to abdominal work always think Quality over Quantity! Secondly you must understand that even with excellent technique when performing these exercises, you CANNOT spot reduce body fat! And what that means is that performing an exercise for one particular muscle group or area of the body does nothing more to burn fat from that area than any other exercise. You may be working the muscle underneath the fat but you are not necessarily burning any fat from that area so you may never see the muscle underneath all the fat anyway.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Body fat is nothing more than stored energy. You have consumed more calories, or energy, in the form of food than your body has used and burnt off and so it has been stored as body fat for later use. Where you store body fat is merely your genetics and there is nothing you can do about it. So if you want to burn fat then you must perform the exercises that burn and use the most energy overall so it will take that additional energy from your fat stores wherever that might be. A squat or a lung will do more to burn fat from your tummy than any abdominal exercise ever will because it is more energy demanding!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Then finally the crazy diet that is usually so low in calories that it is not sustainable and therefore not effective long term. It may cause some initial weight lose due to the reduction in energy but the body is super adaptive and it will soon lower the metabolic rate to meet this new lower calorie intake. This is known as the starvation mode. When you deprive the body of energy, calories and food it thinks that there is a shortage and perhaps you are trapped somewhere without food or something and so in an attempt to survive it will do everything possible to conserve energy by slowing down all the metabolic processes. So the person is now burning even less calories than before, the very opposite of their goal. Also when in starvation mode the body will do all that it can to keep hold of any body fat and become extra efficient at storing it because it never knows when or if there will be enough food later on.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So as you can see these three things that the majority of the population do in an attempt to lose weight and burn fat is extremely ineffective and actually counter productive the very thing they are trying to achieve. This is why so many people get frustrated, disappointed and discouraged and end up giving up and often gaining even more weight than when they started.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So the reason 99% of people never achieve their goals of losing weight, burning fat, getting lean and achieving the body of their dreams is because they have a very poor and ineffective strategy! In order to achieve any goal you must have an effective strategy , a system for success, that is proven to produce result. With all the effort, determination, will power and positive intent in the world you can never run east and see a sun set, because running east in search for a sunset is the wrong strategy.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So you see hard work and effort is not enough if you’re doing the wrong thing. It is like a fly banging against a window trying to get outside, no matter how hard he tried he’s never going to get anywhere. But if he stopped to reassess and take a look around he would see that the window is open just three inches to the side of him. That is what I want to offer you now, an open window to fly out of to your goals.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I’ve shared with you that the reason for the majority of people never getting the body they want is a poor and ineffective strategy and now I want to offer you a proven strategy for success. A step by step system for producing the results that you want. How to shed pounds, lose weight and burn as much fat from your body as you desire.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In three simple steps that may seem overly simplistic but have no doubt these are the three pillars of fat loss that do not change. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Eat Less&lt;br /&gt;2. Eat More &lt;br /&gt;3. Burn More&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You must first eat less calories than your body uses or needs but this must be done in a very specific way. Again you must have the right eating strategy in order to set your body up for fat loss. As I shared with you earlier starving your body and going on a diet does not work long term and will train your body to store more fat. You must eat less calories than you burn, that is always golden rule number one, but you must do it the right way.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You then must eat more often. Eating more often, small frequent meals is one of the  most effective strategies for reducing body fat. There are so many benefits to eating more often and we do not have the time to go into the depth of in this article but just know for now that eating little and often is essential for effective fat loss.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And thirdly you must burn more calories than you consume and you must burn them through exercise. You must burn fat you cannot just starve it. Would you want to know more?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Well my friends that is exactly what our creator has given us. Our bodies can not only heal themselves, the can replenish and renew themselves if merely given the opportunity and the resources to do so.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;BAM! I just clicked my fingers… In that split second millions of cells just died in your body in an instant but at the very same moment millions more were created in their place. That is the constant process of renewing that our bodies are going through at every moment.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Within every 7 years every single cell in a human body is entirely replaced and renewed. That means that by the time we are 7 not one single cell in our bodies is the same is the ones we were born with. Then again at age 14, 21, 28 and so on throughout our lives this continuous regeneration is repeated.&lt;span style="mso-spacerun:yes"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Our DNA structure remains throughout this time which program the news cells and is why our features and genetics remain after all our cells are replaced. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Given all the necessary resources our bodies could in theory continue to renewal themselves indefinitely and potentially live forever. And if not forever then for a far greater length of time than our current limited minds believe. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;We age for many reasons, but the majority of us are aging at a far accelerated rate and many are dying prematurely due to lots of factors. Poor nutrition, lack of exercise and stress are the main contributors to accelerated aging and premature death. These are all things that are well in our control and therefore we can consciously slow down and often even reverse the aging process through our habitual and consistent actions.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;The physical aspects such as nutrition and exercise are essential but so are the mental aspects of thoughts, feelings and beliefs which due to the cybernetic loop between both body and mind have a profound affect on our physical bodies and the rate at which we age.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Every single thought, feeling and emotion we have releases chemicals into our systems which have an effect on our bodies. Every major organ within our bodies have special receptors which are sensitive to these chemicals stimulated by our brains and the respond accordingly, some times in a positive, healthy and healing way that is relative to the thoughts, feelings and emotions being experienced and sometimes in a negative and harmful way also relative to the specific chemicals being released as a result of the individuals brain activity.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;When you also consider that a person’s perception of reality is different for every one and an individual’s perception of an experience, situation, circumstance or event is what causes that individuals thoughts, feelings and emotions you can also then appreciate why some people age and die sooner or earlier than others while some live longer and more youthful.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;This is why activities such as mediation and yoga have proven to be so effective as they control and direct the mind which in turn helps the person participating in such activity to have a greater control over their thoughts, feelings and emotions which give a greater control over the brain chemicals which are taking an affect on the physical body.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Combine all this with proper nutrition and regular exercise and activity and you will have found the time machine and the fountain of youth that our creator did bless us with and that we have forgotten how to use and very often take for granted.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;No amount of money on pills, poisons, cosmetics or surgery will ever come close to that of your own mind and body. If you wish to stay youthful for as long as possible then I encourage you to become a student of both body and mind and take possession of the magical gifts that are rightfully yours. Eternal youth is your god given right. They affect you whether you are good or bad, young or old, black or white, male or female. Gravity is the best example of one of natures laws. You cannot hide from this law it effects EVERYONE at every moment.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;There are also natural laws that govern and command our bodies. These are the laws that determine how we function, how we move, how we digest and assimilate, how we age everything. Now you can learn and understand these laws and you must if you wish to create a body that you desire. So may people violate many of the natural laws of the body and therefore they get pain. They gain weight, they get sick, tired, run down, injured, depressed and frustrated with their physical condition.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Often they blame their genetics, the world around them, other people, their parents, anyone but themselves but in truth it is themselves who have violated the natural laws of the body. Learn to live, eat and move in harmony with these laws and you will be rewarded with lots of pleasure in the form of energy, vitality, health, strength, confidence and a zest for life.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;I am sure that you are able to make it through the day without attempting to violate the law of gravity by jumping off a building in attempt to fly. Then do not attempt to violate the laws of the body by eating too much of the wrong types of foods and not using the body that you were given to them become disappointed with how you look and feel. I must take responsible for the body you have. It is the only one you will get &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Someone once said “I chose to be obese. Activity is essential to life, movement is life!&lt;b style="mso-bidi-font-weight:normal"&gt; &lt;/b&gt;We are movement creatures, we were designed to move and be active. We were not designed to sit on our backside for 12 plus hours per day.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;With that said many of our lives in modern society dictate and demand that we be sat down for extended periods of time throughout the day. The majority of jobs and occupations today involve being pretty sedentary. And therefore this makes it even more essential, even more necessary to make activity and exercise part of your daily and weekly routine!&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;If you do not use it you lose it. Muscles unused atrophy away, strength decreases, flexibility reduces, bones become weak and fragile, posture deteriorates and metabolism slows. All of these things combine and accumulate to course many of today’s major physical complaints and conditions. Sickness, illness, tiredness, overweight, over fat, obesity, injuries, back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain and many chronic diseases are all a result of inactivity and poor health. All of these things can be reduced and even avoided with the right amount and the correct types of regular physical activity and just a small amount of focus and attention to a person’s dietary habits. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;All the symptoms listed above a an effect of the decisions and actions people make or fail to make on a regular and consistent basis just as a strong, lean, fit, healthy and youthful person full of energy has these things because of the decisions and actions they make on a consistent and ongoing basis. Those who fail to use their bodies will always pay the price. Do you crave sugaring sweet foods often? When you get hungry do you automatically reach for a chocolate bar, some biscuits or a fizzy drink?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;If the answer is yes to any of these questions then you could be a sugarholic!&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;We all know what an alcoholic is and the negative effects that can have on a person’s body, their lifestyle and those around them. Well a sugarholic isn’t much different, it is some one who is quite literally addicted to sugar.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Studies have shown than sugar has a very similar effect on the brain as a drug, it causes a sugar rush, it is a stimulant that our bodies get addicted to and become dependant on, when we don’t have it we crave it and literally get withdrawal symptoms and after the high and the buzz we get a come down, a massive drop or low in energy and we crash. All the symptoms of a drug!&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Refined white sugar is toxic and poisonous to our bodies. It is quite literally killing people, making people sick and tired, causing disease and making people fat and obese.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;I’ve said it before and I will continue to say it, fat does not make you fat sugar makes you fat! No obviously too much fat, too much of anything, can make you fat due to an excess in calories but it is not the actual fat content of the foods which make you fat.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;But when it comes to sugar, white refined sugar does make you fat! It messes up your blood sugar levels, it causes an imbalance in certain hormones which encourage fat storage and gain and it leaves you wanting more so you tend to over eat.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;If you value your health, your body, your physical condition and your appearance at all then you will do your very best to eliminate, avoid, or at the very least dramatically reduce as much of the white processed refined sugars from your diet.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Write down a list of the foods you eat in a day and identify how many of those foods contain white refined added sugar. If there is any more than one per day, and that is a lot, then you must do something about it. Learn to stabilise your blood sugar levels by eating wholegrain foods that are low in glycemic index, substitute processed and articificially sweet foods with fruit or a small amount of honey. There is Biological age, which is the physical age or condition of your body.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;And there is Psychological age, which is the age of your mindset, how old you think and act.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;You may then also be interested to know that your Chronological age, how old you actually are in years, has the least amount of influence and impact on how long you live. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;That’s right both the quantity and the quality of the years you are alive a mostly influenced and affected by both your Biological and your Psychological age.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;The physical condition and health of your body, your internal organs, your muscle tissue, your heart and lungs, your circulatory system, the health of every single cell combine to result in your Biological age. Some one may be 30 years old but have the physical condition, the internal organs, the body of a 50 year old. Vice-versa a 50 year old could have the health, fitness, wellness and youth of a 30 year old.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Then there is the Psychological age. This includes the beliefs, the values, the mental attitude, the playfulness, the outlook on life and the energy of a youthful person. The mind has an undoubtedly powerful effect over the physical body, one that very few ever realise or utilise, and so has a huge influence over the bodies health, wellness and physical condition.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Research and studies have shown that those with the youngest Biological and Psychological age are less likely to get sick, develop disease and die early. They not only statistically live longer but they enjoy a much better quality of life while they are alive.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;The absolute great news here then is that while your Chronological age is something entirely out of your control, you cannot change your birthday, you can control, influence and effect both your biological and psychological age through exercise, nutrition and changing your perspective on life. You really can control, freeze and often reverse time. These 3 rules followed consistently will determine and govern the amount of fat and the amount of weight you lose, or don't lose. They are rules that work in harmony with the laws of the body and therefore allow you to get what it is you want, a leaner, lighter, firmer body.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;While these rules might seem overly simplistic at first do not underestimate the power they possess and the potential they have to change your body. If you can look past their simplicity and learn to follow these three rules then both Fat and Weight will no longer be an issue for you! &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Rule number 1. Eat Less&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;You must eat less calories than your body burns in order to reduce body weight and lose fat. There is no two ways around it. It is something that can be often perceived as overly simplistic and therefore many overlook it or fail to really focus on it in the right way.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;I’m talking about the “Calorie Balance”. You see it doesn’t matter if you want to lose, maintain or gain weight it always come down to the core fundamental principle, what I call “Golden Rule Number One” the Calorie Balance.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Calories in vs. Calories out will determine whether your weight goes up, stays the same or goes down. It is just like weighing scales, if one end is heavier than the other then everything is out of balance. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Now must people understand this on an intellectual level but very few people really practice it on a regular basis. Often because it is overlooked but also because very few people truly understand the techniques and strategies required to keep the Calorie Balance tipped in your favour for your specific goals.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;If someone has the desire to lose weight then what they usually do is go on a “diet”. What most diets do is use some method of reducing your calorie intake by eliminating a particular food group, by restricting the types of food you can eat or in often cases just by not eating much at all. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;The HUGE and GIGANTIC mistake with these diet methods is while they cause your body to lose “weight” initially they are literally conditioning and training your body to gain weight and store even more fat long term. Going on a “diet” is actually counterproductive and the best way to virtually guarantee you gain more weight.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;On the other end of the scale if someone wants to gain weight then the common methods of simply eating more and eating pretty much anything and everything is extremely ineffective for quality weight gain and will just result in a lot of extra fat on their body. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;While the “Calorie Balance” is Golden Rule Number One to weight management, the quality and type of weight you lose or gain is determined by many factors that must be considered. How to eat, when to eat, what to eat, how much to eat, what, how and when to exercise all contribute to the quality of weight lose or weight gain.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Think of your body like your bank account. If you put in more money then you spend then your bank account increases in size. If you spend more than you put in then your bank balance will reduce in size. Your body is the same as your bank balance but at the same time there are specific spending habits, saving techniques and investing strategies you must adopt if you have the desire to be truly wealthy. Most are obsessed with the number displayed by the scales and many have a specific number in mind that they would like to weight.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Well I am here to tell you that chances are you are not overweight, you are over FAT!&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;What I mean by that is the actual weight of your body is relatively insignificant in relation to the amount of fat on your body. You see muscles, bones and organs are all quite heavy and will contribute to large amount of your overall body weight. Muscle in particular is heavier than fat.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Therefore the amount you weight gives very little indication to the amount of fat on your body. That is why an athlete can have his BMI (Body Mass Index) measured and be told he is overweight or even obese. When in truth he or she could have less than 10% body fat, which is VERY low.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;If weight loss is your goal then I put it to you that what your goal really is, is fat loss. You don’t really care, or you shouldn’t, about the amount of force being created by your body onto the surface of the earth by gravity, because all weight is in essence.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Your goal is to lose fat, not weight. You can lose weight and weigh less on the scales but still be very soft, flabby and over fat. And who wants that? &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;You need to stop focusing on the scales and start taking note of your body fat percentage either by having it measured by a fitness professional or by simply using the mirror and gauging how your clothes fit. These are far better indicators of effective and quality weight loss than the scales because they show a reduction in body fat and not just body weight.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;When you go to by clothes at the store does the label say you must weight this much to fit into this dress or these trousers. No, of course not because your bodyweight is irrelative to the size of the clothes that fit you and your body shape. You body composition, which is your muscle to fat ratio, your shape and size of various body parts is what you must focus on.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt; &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;The scales can be a useful tool and they can serve a purpose for gauging a certain degree of progress but they must not be your first choice. It doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner or an advanced and experienced athlete if you want to get the maximum results, the most benefits, greatest return on your investment and progress as quickly as possible you must have solid base in which to build upon.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Think of a house. It has to have a solid foundation in which to build and support the structure of the house. And just as with architecture the bigger the base the stronger you will be and the higher you can go.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Think about the wide solid base of the Effiel Tower in Paris, at one time that was the tallest man made structure in the world.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;How does this relate to your body, your exercise, your workouts and reaching your goals?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Well if you do not have a big solid strong base or foundation on which to build then you will be trying to progress and get stronger, faster, fitter, quicker and work harder while having a weak foundation and eventually this will cause a major setback.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;A weakness in the base leads to a weakness throughout the body and eventually things start to break down and inevitably injury will occur in one form or another somewhere in the body. And if it doesn’t then at the very least you will experience training platues and greatly limit how much you can progress just as the limit to which the height of building can be built without a solid base. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;So what is it specifically that creates the base and the foundation of the body that I am speaking of and what must we do to strengthen it?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Stability is the base of the body. Stabilisation is the foundation for continuous growth and progress with your training, your workouts and therefore in reaching your goals.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Virtually everyone walks into a gym and focuses their workouts on getting fitter, getting stronger, getting faster or quicker and all of these things are great, they are key components to physical fitness. However, none of these things are possible without adequate stabilisation within the body to allow these components to exist and then to progress.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;If you wish to run you ankles, knees, hips and spine must allow work in synergy to stabilise the joints and allow the muscles of the body to create the motion of running in the most efficient and pain free way while reducing the amount of stress placed upon the wrong parts of the body.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;If you wish to lift weights then the joints of the body have be able to support the weight and the force created before the muscle can contract with sufficient force to move the resistance.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;All human bodily motion and movement require stabilisation and without compensation is created to allow movement to take place which then causes unnecessary stress on the wrong parts of the body which were not designed to take such pressure, stress and impact.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;This can lean to pain, pulls, strains, aches and any number of injuries and breakdown within the body. All of which can become major setbacks on your road to successfully achieving you goals.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Stabilisation training is something very few training programs incorporate and the majority fail to include. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;In the world of today with most peoples sedentary lifestyles and the majority of individuals having desk bound jobs that require very little movement throughout the day it is essential and absolutely compulsory that everyone of us include a certain amount of stabilisation training into our training programs.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;The body is designed to work and move as an integrated unit and not in isolation. Clarity. Know exactly what it is you want&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;2. Get the right mindset/psychology for success.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;Let us have a closer look at each of these with a simple example &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;Pillar 1. You must know with absolute clarity what it is you want. What is it you are trying to achieve? What are your specific goals? How can you hope to hit your target if you don’t know what it is?&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;Let’s use weight loss as an example. Most people when trying to lose weight will simply say. “I want to lose weight” and that’s it. Very few really know exactly how much they would like to lose or by when. You must be crystal clear and you must have a deadline.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;At bodybyadam, and in many of my programs, I will show you the exact steps of how to set powerful goals that create clarity and literally pull you in the direction you wish to go. You see your brain is like a heat seeking missile, if you simply set the coordinates and direct it’s focus on the target it will seek it out until it reaches it. No matter how clear they are on what they want and how focused they are on losing a specific amount of weight without the right system for success they will never achieve their goal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;Fortunately that is what bodybyadam is all about. You can know what it is you want and you can even be given the very best strategy and system for success and yet if your psychology is wrong then you will never take action, apply what you know, follow through and reach your goal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;I have seen so many people set goals, tell me they want something like a lean, healthy, fit, strong physic, and even be very specific with the amount of weight or fat that they wish to lose.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;I then have offered to them a solution. A program, a system, a strategy that has proven to work time and time again and that can give them everything they want. And yet they fail to get the results they desire for one reason or another. Quite often that reason is because they Self sabotage themselves. They take 3 steps forwards and 5 steps back.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;Why? Because they don’t have the winning mindset, the powerful psychology that successful people all share. The good news is those who do produce results and achieve their goals are not lucky, they were not born under a lucky star and blessed with the right mindset. It was a result of conditioning. Values, beliefs and directing your focus are just some of the things that make up your psychology.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;Some people have inner conflicts that cause them to want something but not truly believe it is possible for them or perhaps that they don’t deserve it, or any other negative thought patterns that could be holding them back and keeping them from getting what it is that they want.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"  style="color:#000000;"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;Again the good news is this can all change and we will certainly be spending some time on this pillar along the road ahead and our journey together. I want you to know one of my deepest beliefs and that is "The Past Does Not Equal The Future". What I mean by that is I don't care how many diets you've been on, how many weight loss programs you've tried or how many times you have tried to lose weight, burn off unwanted fat, shed pounds and failed becasue that was all before now.
